Scope of Service
Westecute provides business process automation, AI integration, and software development services. The scope of services is defined by the agreement or proposal document signed with the client.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content developed by Westecute remain the property of Westecute unless otherwise specified in the contract. Rights to delivered projects are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Confidentiality
All information shared within the scope of the project is kept confidential. Neither party may share it with third parties without mutual written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Westecute provides services with professional care; however, it cannot be held liable for issues arising from third-party tools or platforms. Liability is in any case limited to the project fee.
Payment Terms
Payments are made according to the schedule and percentages specified in the proposal document. Project delivery may be suspended in case of delays.
Changes
Westecute may update these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
